Километры белого песка/ Miles of sugar white sand beaches

Главная достопримечательность Дананга - это море. Длинная полоса белопесчанного пляжа тянется вдоль всего города. Город довольно большое, динамично развивающийся, находится в устье реки Хан, через которую раскинулись несколько мостов, один из которых даже сделан в виде дракона. 

The main point of interest in Danang is the sea. The white sand beach is stretching off into the distance. The city is quite big and fastest growing. Danang lies on the west side of the Hàn River and the beaches are to the east. There are several bridges across the river; one of them is the famous Dragon Bridge.

Вьетнамским архитекторам пришла в голову оригинальная идея создать мост в виде дракона. В день празднования 38-й годовщины окончания войны во Вьетнаме и освобождения города Дананг, они показали миру свою идею, воплощенную в реальность, в виде стального огнедышащего моста-дракона в городе Дананг. Необычный дизайн посвящен правлению династии Ли. 666 метров длиной и 37,5 метров шириной, мост имеет шесть полос для движения и два пешеходных тротуара. Арочный мост изготовлен из стали и весит до 1000 тонн, что делает его крупнейшим в мире.

Но это еще не все. Мост дракона оснащен современной системой освещения, которая включает в себя 15000 светодиодных осветителей, позволяющих менять цвет освещения. Кроме того, инженеры сконструировали голову дракона так, что из ее пасти может извергаться струя пламени или воды, что будут использовать во время крупных фестивалей.

The bridge was designed and built in the shape of a dragon and to breathe fire each night at 9PM.

Construction of the bridge began on 19 July 2009. The bridge was opened to traffic on March 29, 2013, the 38th anniversary of the liberation of Da Nang City.

Dragon Bridge is 666m long, 37.5m wide and has six lanes for traffic.

This modern bridge crosses the Han River at the Le Dinh Duong/Bach Dang traffic circle, providing the shortest road link from the Da Nang International Airport to other main roads in Da Nang city, and a more direct route to My Khe Beach and Non Nuoc Beach on the eastern edge of the city.

В Дананге мало достопримечательностей как таковых, а купальный сезон еще не открыт. В центральной части Вьетнама температура воздуха не превышает +23 С. China Beech включен в список самых знаменитых и самых роскошных пляжей мира. Хотя прославился он при печальных обстоятельствах - во время войны во Вьетнаме, когда тысячи американских солдат попадали в местный госпиталь, стоявший на берегу Южно-Китайского моря, и умирали там от ран. В Америке был снят нашумевший одноименный сериал, рассказывающий о буднях военных и врачей, служивших в Дананге.

Сегодня Чайна Бич – это километры мелкого белого песка, роскошные отели и волны, ради которых в Дананг с сентября по ноябрь съезжается армия серферов (именно здесь, на Китайском пляже, в 1992 году проводился чемпионат Вьетнама по серфингу).

Considered to be Vietnam's most picturesque beach, the white sandy 20-mile stretch of China Beach was named by the American troops who visited during the Vietnam War for R&R.

The beach is a perfect destination for surfing lovers an attribute that made it to host the Vietnam’s first international surfing competition back in 1992.

  

Дананг знаменит также своими Мраморными горами. Мраморные горы расположены в нескольких километрах от Дананга. Мраморные горы состоят из пяти каменных холмов. Раньше, когда все вокруг было покрыто водой, эти горы были островами, образованными из мрамора. Каждая из гор представляет один из пяти элементов вселенной и имеет соответствующее название: Тхуйшон (Вода), Мокшон (Дерево), Хоашон (Огонь), Кимшон (Металл) и Тхошон (Земля). Внутри гор имеются естественные пещеры, внутри и вокруг которых были построены буддийские святилища и храмы. Гора Тхуйшон по сей день является популярным местом у паломников.

У подножия гор расположены две деревни, известные своими резчиками по камню. Наиболее известной является деревня Нон Нуок, в которой вас встретят множество лавок с бесчисленным количеством статуэток, всевозможных фигурок, украшений и даже посуды из мрамора. Такого количества изделий из мрамора вы наверное не найдете больше нигде в мире. 

One more interesting place in Da Nang is the marble mountains. This group of 5 mountains, whose names represent the 5 elements:  Kim (metal), Thuy (water), Moc (wood), Hoa (fire) and Tho (earth) stands very close to the line of coast of Da Nang, in the center of Vietnam.
Popular place for spiritual retreat and pilgrimage, is composed of several pagodas Buddhist, remnants of the Champa civilization and caves inside the mountains, natural caves formed by erosion, water and the passage of time.

All of the mountains have cave entrances and numerous tunnels, and it is possible to climb to the summit of one of the peaks. Several buddhist sanctuaries can also be found within the mountains, making this a famous tourist destination.

The area is famous for stone sculpture making and stone-cutting crafts. Direct rock extraction from the mountains was banned recently. Materials are now being transported from quarries in Quảng Nam Province.

Когда на город опускается ночь, далеко над морем загорается что-то неопределенное, похожее, в туманной дымке, на маяк. При свете дня это оказывается 67-ми метровой статуей Будды, расположенная в самом большом храме Дананга Linh Ung.  Linh Ung Bai But Pagoda является одним из символов Дананга и одной из самых больших статуй Будды во Вьетнаме. Храм был первоначально построен в 18 веке и был серьезно перестроен в 20 веке.

Место это вполне достойно посещения. Храм расположен на вершине горы на полуострове Son Tra, и, помимо осмотра самого храма и статуи, отсюда открывается замечательный панорамный вид на весь город.

Linh Ung pagoda is located on the hill, with the shape of turtle. Linh Ung pagoda in Son Tra peninsula was inaugurated, it is considered not only as the first processing of Vietnam Buddha in the 21st century but also as the place that gathers quintessence of the earth.

Linh Ung pagoda faces to The Eastern sea, on the left is Cham Islands, on the right is Hai Van Mountain. Passing the fall and rise of time and history, Linh Ung-Bai But pagoda was built and standing on Son Tra Mountain like the evidence for the combination between belief and nation. It marked the development of Vietnam Buddhism at the 21^st century. 

Linh Ung-Bai But pagoda is considered as one of the biggest pagoda in Da Nang city in both of scale and architecture. This pagoda has a combination between modern style and traditional style. The main area has a large capacity and it is the most solemn place.

Especially, in Linh Ung-Bai But pagoda, there has Guan Yin statue that is considered as the highest statue in Vietnam (67 meters height approximately 30 stories). This statue put its back to the mountain, faces to the sea.

From here, you can contemplate the whole city, mountain and Son Tra peninsula. In addition, from the distance, you will see Ngu Hanh Son Mountain along with white sand-bank. The beautiful landscape creates a unique impression that you cannot find in other place. It can be said that Linh Ung-Bai But pagoda was built in the tourism relic of the city- Son Tra peninsula tourism place. The pagoda becomes to famous destination for tourist and spiritual place for the Da nang.

В Дананге довольно мало иностранных туристов, с одной стороны это и радует и огорчает. С большим трудом мы нашли офис продаж билетов на автобусы! И лишь позже мы узнали, что покупать билеты на автобус можно прямо на ресепшене в отеле. Кстати, т.к. большая часть города еще только отстраивается, за весьма умеренную цену мы сняли превосходный отель на берегу моря и просыпались по утрам от шума волн. Вдоль набережной множество кафе и ресторанов, где подают свежайшие морепродукты - все очень вкусно и очень дешево по российским мерка.

Судя по темпам развития города, он обещает стать через несколько лет одним из самых потрясающих курортов Вьетнама. Встретив Новый год, сидя под пальмами украшенными гирляндами гладя на звездное небо под шум бурных волн, остается только загадать желание и приложить все усилия чтобы оно сбылось. 
 

There are few tourists in Da Nang. On the one side it is good, but on the other side it can distress.  With great difficulty we found the touristic agency where we could buy tickets for the bus to Nha Trang. Later, we found out that it was possible to buy tickets at the hotel reception. As Da Nang is not so popular among tourists and the main part of the city is just developing, we booked a wonderful hotel overlooking the sea at a reasonable price and every morning we woke up to the sound of the sea. There are a lot of seafood cafes and restaurant where the prices are low and the dishes are delicious.  

Judging by the pace of Da Nang development, this city will become one of the best resorts in Vietnam in several years. We met the New Year sitting under the palm trees, looking at the starry sky and listening to the wash of waves. Make a wish and try to do all that’s possible to realize it!
